2. Data We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the following personal data:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Subject of your inquiry
  • Message content

When the contact page or the account sign-up page is displayed, our spam-protection service, Cloudflare Turnstile, also receives technical signals from your browser: your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, and the site key and origin of the page. This happens as soon as the page loads, before you submit anything.

We do not use any analytics tools or advertising trackers, and sinra.dev sets no cookies. The only third-party service loaded on these pages is Cloudflare Turnstile, which, according to Cloudflare, does not use cookies. Turnstile is used only on our contact form and on the sign-up form of our application (app.sinra.dev), and only to prevent spam. It is not used for analytics, advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your data is collected exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

Legal basis: Your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by checking the consent checkbox on our contact form.

Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile and the other anti-spam checks on our contact form and sign-up form process technical data for one purpose only: preventing spam and automated abuse.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing our services (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time, see section 6.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of your last contact with us. After this period, your data is permanently deleted.

5. Data Recipients

Your contact form submission is processed through our application platform at app.sinra.dev. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

To protect the contact form and the sign-up form from spam, and for no other purpose, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this verification, and as an independent controller to improve its bot detection. Your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; see Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy for details.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Right to portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object: Object to the processing of your data
