The dashboard of a manager opens with three widgets that answer “are we on track?” without opening other pages. The watchlist is also on the product dashboard.
Current cycle
Days left, progress against the time elapsed (for example “40 % done, 55 % of the time elapsed”), the planned days against the capacity, and the number of blocked issues, which links to the list of blocked issues.
Current release
How many capabilities are delivered out of the total (a capability is delivered when all its development is finished), with a Past its date badge when the release date is over and capabilities remain.
Watchlist
One line per subject, shown only when there is something to see, each linking to the page that lets you act:
- blocked issues;
- issues of the current cycle whose capability spec is not finished;
- issues above their estimate (time spent over time estimated);
- questions unanswered for over 48 hours;
- overdue retro actions.
When nothing needs attention the widget says so.
